when hovering over a verb the current command should show only one alternative

Expected Behaviour

The Current Command should show what will happen if clicked OR the command which is currently running with the spinner turning. So if Label is engaged and Unlabel is hovered then a click would cause the first to be replaced by the second so Current Command should read Unlabel ___.

Current Behaviour

In the above scenario Current Command currently (and incorrectly) reads Label and Unlabel ____ .
