Hydrostatic pressure in CPT plot for deeper water tables

When the groundwater table is not at the soil surface, the plot of hydrostatic pressure in plot_raw_pcpt() should be adjusted.

Modified the plotting for plot_raw_pcpt(). Two cases are distinguished. If the water level is defined in map_properties, this one is taken. If map_properties has not yet been executed, a waterlevel_override parameter is foreseen in the plot_raw_pcpt() method itself.
