SPMiner on custom data

First of all, thanks for the great work on this algoritm! I am trying to mine common subgraph patterns on my own data and I was wondering if there is a straightforward way to plug my data in. Is there a specific dataset type to use? Are there any tips on how to run the pipeline and generate the results from the SPMiner decoder (on own data)? Thanks in advance!
