Add Support for "Unlinked Mentions" in Backlinks and Outgoing links

This plugin is an essential and fantastic plugin for me. However, I found that title of notes is not replaced in “Unlinked Mentions” in backlinks and outgoing links. I use Unlinked Mentions frequently in my workflow.
