Suggestion: Extend effect to Thumbnails in Player

Just wondering if there's any reason that instead of only relying on YouTube's code giving the thumbnail ID to objects, it couldn't also extend this by identifying when the player generates objects with all or any of the ytp-videowall-still, ytp-suggestion-set, or ytp-videowall-still-round-medium classes. Barring an eventual layout or CSS change, this should extend this add-on's functions thumbnails within the player itself. Could probably even go beyond and affect thumbnails for mid-roll uploader controlled thumbnails by checking for elements with the ytp-ce-covering-overlay class.
