Description
In addition to UDFs and Procedures, include options to support UDAFs in the snowflake.yml and add examples in the docs.
Context
A customer is attempting to register a UDAF as part of their CI/CD pipeline and therefore limiting their operations to manually deploy UDAF without using snowflake CLI.
