Hi.
I'm evaluating the tool and using version v.1.2.4, I'm still getting this error and the db is not deleted.
Sys. Version: Windows 10 Home.

Since I can not reproduce the problem, could you @vbarrera please sent me the source file of the database which created the problem? This would be very helpful thanks

New versions (last tested v1.4) don't have this issue.

I am using BlasterQT v1.4 on windows 10 machine. I tried to make databases from a fasta file containing 15 fasta nucleotide sequences. It made fasta and bowti databases and a message that some databases could not be make. When I try the search option, it displays only bowti database available for search, not fasata databases. blastp and blastn are not available. Please advise. Thanks.
