No note created if message to bot contains no text

After sending photo to the bot it replies by "...✅...". However if message has no text (only photo) then no new note is created.
If you attaach photo to message with text, then everythong works fine.
I'm not sure if any more info about problem is needed. Pls reply if you strugle with problem reproduction.

My bad. I missed the point in settings where you have to configure where media files must be saved.
Anyway, thanks for realy handy tool!
