[Website Feature]: Update Social Media Reference from Twitter to X

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need to update our website's social media references in the footer to reflect Twitter's name change to "X", including updating the icon.

Describe the solution/feature

Import the new "X" icon from Simple Icons, already in use for other social platform icons within footer.tsx, and update the text from "Twitter" to "X".
