Versioning for company metadata

We use the 'company metadata' CSV file to map hosts to companies. This is manually edited in Google Docs and periodically downloaded. At the moment we don't have a way to associate a particular mapping with a particular version of the CSV file. So we need a company table which is updated from the google doc file and versioned, and old versions archived somewhere.
