Expand database to include dynamic analysis

We are going to be supplementing static analysis with dynamic analysis. So we want a new place to put the results of network traffic analysis sessions, allowing multiple analysis sessions per app version. Each session should contain a mapping of hostnames -> PI types [device_id, afid, location, email address, etc.]

We also want a way to query the results for a particular tracker across all network traffic analysis sessions. E.g. 'any traffic (PI types, frequency) to doubleclick from any app'
