Way to disable the logger

On specific architecture, the actual logging behaviour requires us to handle several points such as setting manually the working directory to the right path before calling the library (maybe we should use a logging path as argument) and managing rights of this directory when the users don't have the same rights on the server.

We should have a way to disable the logger in order to prevent any creation of log files anywhere.
