remove white flashes on image transitions

1- go to website (open index.html)
2- scroll down to images gallery
3- click on first image (image will show bigger)
4- click on right arrow to get to 2nd image
5- notice there was a 'white flash' during transition
get rid of that white flash transition for something tamer.
