Do CSI performance testing and create benchmarking result
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
This will help us to identify the CSI performance and suggest improvements based upon that, if required. Also, this will help to evangelize the SODA CSI Plugin capabilities
