"Early Access Build" warning is nonsensical

At some point, the message that shows on the Early Access Build screen on Welcome (which is invoked on a devel version) includes some points that don't make sense on Sodalite:

  • You can upgrade to stable releases
  • There is no Feedback app

This is triggered from 10-version.sh#L126-127. Maybe we'll just comment it out for now.
