Products List ignores an element's dependencies condition in builder mode

Hi,

If you have an element in a global block and add it to the Products List via the Custom Area feature, It looks like an element's dependencies conditions are not honored by the Products List element in builder mode?

Not really sure if this is by design or not, the video below shows the "issue"

Edit: I noticed this also happens sometimes with the Post Loop Builder.
