Advanced Tab - change order of tabs will not move the Tab Content accordingly

When you add an advanced tab and want to reorder the tabs, the content of the tabs is not getting moved with the actual tabs.

Steps

1. Add an Advanced Tab element
2. Reorder the tabs, e.g. move the default image tab from the first position to the third position in the Advanced Tab settings (content panel)

Expected result:
The tab and it's content will be moved

Actual result:
The tab will be moved but the content stays at the same position, leading to a messed up state

Workaround:
Move the tabs in the Advanced Tabs content panel first.
Then move the Tab Content in the Layer panel manually accordingly.
