AND condition is not working with Oxygen 4.8.1

We've been unable to reproduce an issue with the AND condition not working in Oxygen 4.8.1. If you still encounter this issue, please recreate the issue on a Sandbox site (https://oxygenbuilder.com/try/). Then, please send a link to the Sandbox site and the steps necessary to see the problem.
