Error color panel heading widget in Oxygen Builder

there is a problem the color is not displayed on the bar on the side of the color selection in the Rubric widget when you want to change the color of the title. It just appears a black color the color palette is not present!

Please run a Plugin Conflict Test by disabling all other plugins except Oxygen and see if the issue goes away.
