Add an ‘Insert Dynamic Data’ button to Rich Text Blocks

As a freelance web designer, I want to allow my clients to edit essential content without access to Oxygen or Oxygen Guttenberg Blocks. Therefore, custom fields are excellent for inserting dynamic data into the Oxygen templates. However, dynamic data cannot be added to rich text blocks, only standard Text Blocks.

It would be ideal if an ‘Insert Dynamic Data’ button could be added to the Rich Text toolbar. This would allow me to add dynamic data to hyperlinks so the client can update the link URL at any time via the custom field in the Guttenberg editor.
