Use uppercase perspectives

The buttons show lowercase instead and they link to lowercase 101wiki pages (which I am currently renaming to uppercase and thereby I am breaking things; so it would be good to quickly go uppercase everywhere).

For instance: "implementation" should be "Implementation".
Link should be to "Perpective:Implementation".
