A report should build 2 tables to report on all Virtual and Hardware servers on an account, with the following information

Virtual Table

id
Provision Date
OS + OS Version
Fully qualified domain name (FQDN for short)

Hardware Table

id
Provision date
OS + OS Version
FQDN
Motherboard Model
Motherboard Version
NetworkCard model
NetworkCard version
IPMI Model
IPMI Version
RaidController Model
RaidController Version
HardDrive model
HardDrive Version
