What are you trying to do?
This may be an action that @allmightyspiff would be interested in exploring for the slcli snap creation/workflow. You can specify the channel to which your snap is published.
Additional context
This is in reference to this closed PR. I am only submitting this to close out the loop. I hadn't planned on providing any more PR's for slcli as I've got a great deal of other work to manage.
