Adjust order of error categories in radar chart of static code analysis view

Put error categories in radar chart in a descending order (clockwise) with regard to their number of violations.

Thank you very much for opening that issue.
In the radar chart, the values are now displayed in descending order of the violations count. I also mapped this order in the category boxes under the radar chart.

This should have solved this issue successfully. :)
