Add tests for mappings in the compiler

We should add more test cases to check if https://github.com/starkware-libs/cairo/blob/main/crates/cairo-lang-sierra-generator/src/statements_locations.rs#L23 doesn't produce None in any conditions besides for code directly in the file module.
