Fix initialization of current in RXLoad

The initialization of the current of the RXLoad in EMT is wrong. This can be observed in the example EMT_Slack_PiLine_PQLoad_with_PF_Init_PF, where the initial current is equal to {-4.568050e+15, 3.446055e+14, 4.223444e+15} which results in transients at the beginning of the simulation.
