Saw this posted today, should probably be made to fail the check:
[US-CA] [H]Paypal, [W] Massdrop CTRL Keycaps, [W] 'Meta' key from Massdrop Alt

Multiple [H]'s would also likely pass

Well, that was easily fixed, the strict title check was missing an end of input marker... =)
