Using containerization for both interactive and batch sessions?

this looks very interesting but I wasn't able to work out from the description whether/how interactive WBS sessions are virtualized using the same images as batch jobs submitted to the slurm cluster. Is that only possible within a hybrid setup like https://github.com/sol-eng/singularity-rstudio#unified-architecture-with-dockerkubernetes-and-singularityhpc where the interactive sessions are managed by kubernetes? Would be gret to ensure a consistent containerized computing environment between interactive and batch sessions. Or does WBS@slurm support that as well?
