Tiles rendering oddly.

Using the latest Solarus 1.2, the tiles to the north of the start are solid green (goes away if you switch maps). Also, the tiles in the far left of the sword cavern are all white (not the stream or the person). I do not know if this is an issue with solarus or with zsdx, but it is present using both the master and stream branches of solarus.

This is also a problem of SDL 2.0.0. Try with SDL 2.0.1 or above.
I have just changed the cmake configuration to require at least SDL 2.0.1.
