acp:AccessPolicy or acp:Policy?

The current acp ontology defines acp:Policy but the use case examples use acp:AccessPolicy which is not defined.

We initially used the name AccessPolicy but later renamed it to Policy. The documentation has not been updated to reflect that name change.

I'll leave it open, to close the issue when the changes are made.
