Read/write separation

I’m still researching this but I figured I’d ask. Does or can solidus easily support a high availability Postgres patroni cluster? I’ve got a little cluster that can read from replicas on port 12000 and read/write to the master on port 12001.

I’m not a developer so please forgive me if this is a silly question.
