Gloo helm options table is auto generated from the code: https://gloo.solo.io/installation/gateway/kubernetes/#list-of-gloo-helm-chart-values
GlooEE options aren't auto generated, and easily get outdated: https://gloo.solo.io/installation/enterprise/#list-of-gloo-helm-chart-values
