Gloo: link broken in "multiple-gloo" docs

At https://docs.solo.io/gloo/latest/advanced_configuration/multiple-gloo-installs/#scoping-gloo-to-specific-namespaces, "watchNamespaces setting" link is broken. I guess it's a bug in the doc creation automation.
