Stuck in bootloader

Hey, I've tried updating my somu a few times, but it's stuck in bootloader mode and seems convinced it's on 3.1.2?:

$ solo ls
:: Solos

$ solo key version
3.1.2 locked
$ solo key update

If you are on Linux, are your udev rules up to date?
$ solo key version
3.1.2 locked
$ solo ls
:: Solos
-snip-: SoloKeys Solo Bootloader 3.1.2

Any ideas?
