Create Typesetting and Desktop Publishing (DTP) Component for Packages

In order to improve software discovery, I'd suggest to create a new Typesetting and Desktop Publishing component in the Office section of the Software Center.
The following programs and packages would fit under this category:
- texlive
- latexila
- texstudio
- texworks
- lyx
- scribus
