Shall we get CPU frequency into the stats?

Hey there, I'm not totally familiar with how getting these stats works, but it seems to me this libary doesn't get the CPU frequency, is that right?

I wonder if we could add that in? https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36548573/cpu-usage-and-cpu-speed

If I'm correct, I could try a PR but it would take me a while since I'm not familiar with .NET/c# so would have to do some learning.

Thoughts?
