Feature: add flag to specify playback speed

Assuming we have a score at tempo quarter = 120, we should be able to use a flag --speed to specify how fast the resulting click track should be. For example, a speed of 1.00 means a normal speed and a speed of 0.5 means half the speed. This should allow click tracks a varying speeds for different stages of practicing.
