[resotoshell] suggest options for `volume_status`

Motivation
At the moment there is no way of knowing the available options for volume_status (other than scouring the codebase). For given data you can check the statuses that are in that graph via search is(volume | count volume_status but this does not tell the user which other types of status are out there generally speaking.
Desired Behavior
Provide the options for volume_status as suggestions when typing volume_status = instead of the current generic suggestion:
