Question about ProteinNet dataset

Hi,
Thanks for the great repo.

ProteinNet dataset is used for contact prediction in this repo. I have some questions about it.

• Which version of ProteinNet do you use?
• What kinds of data were filtered out?

I'm wondering if it's possible to do secondary structure prediction and contact prediction at the same by using ProteinNet.
