Not able to access my application from other machine

I had deployed the starter pack in my local on nodeJs (v4.4.7 ) and using gulp serve to start the webServer,.. But i'm not able to access it from other systems by using the http://Hostname(IP address):9000 ,.. How can i achive this ?

Sorry it was a firewall issue
