Not sure where you are at in the re-write of this, but the above feature would be baller.

I actually just implemented this two nights ago :-) should be pushed very so.

Just to confirm this is to have the duplicate tab removed from the corral?

Yes, sorry for lack of clarity, that is correct. Once we visit a URL that is in the corral, we should remove it from there.

What state is TabShepherd in? Usable? How would I go about trying out the development version?
I think I figured it out.

Definitely useable, though using the development version doesn't give you chrome sync. I release to the chrome store earlier this week, so you can install in here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tab-shepherd/cfgaoapjfmfgcjdbfocfnfcgfoknlcjm

I'll try to get the latest release out tonight.

Using the development version now. No rush
