fluent-plugin-record-reformer not work with td-agent version 0.12.12

I try to use by following this article it work. Docker logger. That base on docker application.

But after i try to use with latest version of 'td-agent' it not work plugin can see any tail input file.

• path exist.
• permission correct.
• no error.

I use td-agent with user td-agent while docker need root access. that my fault. thank you :)
