[XQ-CT54] UART not printing logs

Description
We are following the Sony's guideline for setting up the UART. The connections on SDCard are setup as described in the guideline (see addition context).
UART Serial adapter is configured at 1V8
The phone is oem-unlocked (bootloader unlocked) & running AOSP13
Is the guide up-to date?
How to reproduce
Turn off the phone
Setup the UART connection
Run sudo minicom -D /dev/ttyUSB0 -b 115200
Start the phone
Observed outcome
No logs are printed
Expected outcome
Logs should be displayed
