Use better page title(s) for header

Currently the site shows <title>cbg - sopython</title> for the main page. While keeping in ethos - it wouldn't hurt to make this something more descriptive.

Ideas welcome...

I shortened the title on the index page to just "sopython". The Google result already shows the description below the link. We should look into what metadata we can add to enhance the display on search engines.
