GIVEN a user is authenticated
WHEN the user selects Browse in the menu
THEN They should be redirected to a page containing 3 options: Browse all, Browse by genre, and Browse by tag
WHEN the user clicks browse by genre
THEN the user should be redirected to a page showing a list of stories associated with that selected genre, sorted by latest update date
