text vs placeholder misalignment and scrollability

With reinput@3.7.2 and expo@38.0.10 on Android 10, I face to issues:

• placeholder is not perfectly at the same position than typed text
• typed text is scrollable with this font https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Poppins
