Lots of changes have accumulated, and the package is now regularly run on shiny. It is almost time for release 1.0.0. Before that, there are a few little things I want to do:
- cleanup docs
- create repo for workflow testing (a copy of Ska.Numpy, for example)

add ssh authentication to builder - fix release workflow (#35)
- importing skare3_tools.packages has to succeed even when there are no authentication credentials.
