inconsistency in test dashboard logs

Starting from https://cxc.cfa.harvard.edu/mta/ASPECT/skare3/dashboard/tests/, when one clicks on "acisfp_check-tests/post_check_logs.py", two things happen:

• a new tab going to https://icxc.cfa.harvard.edu/aspect/skare3/dashboard/tests/acisfp_check/post_check_logs.py.log
• within the same tab, it goes to https://cxc.cfa.harvard.edu/mta/ASPECT/skare3/dashboard/tests/acisfp_check/post_check_logs.py.log

These two files show different information. The one in cxc, which should not even be there is old (from 2020-08-16) while the one in icxc is the recent one.
