I have just tested both links provided by user sandyaa0313 and they seem to be working fine. What is the specific problem you face? Does the file download but cannot open it? Or is it that the download doesn't start? I recommend you try from another computer, just in case. Edit: oh and by the way the links provided by sandyaa0313 are not for TU-Berlin and sketchy, these are for quickdraw-extended, which is not the same.

Thank you @sandyaa0313 for providing the above two links.
I used these links to download the dataset, but I have some questions.
First, the paper (Doodle to Search: Practical Zero-Shot Sketch-based Image Retrieval, CVPR 2019) said the QuickDraw dataset "consists of 330,000 sketches and 204,000 photos", but the files I downloaded have 332,372 sketches and 203,873 photos. I don't know if it is correct.
Second, one sketch image (QuickDraw_sketches_final/cake/5388032653918208.png) has 0 Bytes.
