The title tag content doesn't show up in the content. How can I get that to show up?

This is as intended - because the <title> tag is meta-information about an HTML page, and not displayed on the HTML page itself, it should not be generated as text. However it should be simple enough to fork html2text to print out the title tag as necessary.
